By creating an account, accessing, or using Cordier, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Cordier provides a platform that converts Figma designs into Framer-compatible code and components. Our Service includes:
- Figma to Framer design conversion
- Export and download functionality
- Dashboard and analytics
- User account management
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to use certain features of our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Plans: Cordier offers free and paid subscription plans with different features and export limits.
4.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.4 Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
5. Usage Limits and Restrictions
5.1 Export Limits: Each plan has specific monthly export limits. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading your plan.
5.2 Fair Use: You agree not to abuse, overload, or misuse our Service, including attempting to circumvent usage limits.
5.3 Prohibited Activities: You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Share your account with others
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service
- Interfere with the Service’s operation
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to your Figma designs and exported files. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and convert your designs.
6.2 Our Service: Cordier, including all software, algorithms, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.3 Generated Code: The Framer code generated from your designs is yours to use. However, our conversion algorithms remain our property.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Figma, Framer, Google (for authentication), and Stripe (for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
9. Disclaimers and Warranties
9.1 “As Is” Basis: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9.2 Conversion Accuracy: While we strive for high-fidelity conversions, we do not guarantee that exported code will be identical to your Figma designs.
9.3 Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORDIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
11.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.
11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11.3 Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
